РАЗДЕЛ I. ИБЕРОАМЕРИКА В МЕЖДУНАРОДНОМ КОНТЕКСТЕ:ПАРАДИГМЫ ИСТОРИИ И МОДЕРНИЗАЦИИ
The author presents prognosis about perspectives of Latin America and Caribe in the composition of future world. The article discusses a possible place of the region on the actual geopolitical map.
The article summarizes the regional differences in the usage of the terms of the bureaucratic apparatus basing on the analysis of electronica IDs in the twenty countries where Spanish is the primary language.
The article presents an analysis of Argentina’s priorities in its integration policies within the Common Market of the South Cone (Mercosur) as well as the evolution of its approaches towards the relations with the block partners.
The article touches upon peculiar for the Spaniards nostalgia for the Spanish imperial past. Information society is characterized by growing influence of the symbolic capital of national culture alongside with importance of international prestige of national values. The main topic is the exploration of the “made in” effect and its influence on modern image of Spain. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the application of semiotic analysis of contemporary jewelry art visualizing the Golden Age of Spanish culture heritage, in order to express the importance of symbolic interpretation of the archetypal image in technologies of national branding.
The article analyzes the political processes taking place in Latin America. The author pays special attention to the increase of tension in some countries on the continent, especially in Venezuela, Argentina and Brazil. He comes to the conclusion that the United States, who have distanced themselves from Latin America’s affairs in recent years, head for «reformatting» of the continent under its own interest, that can have a serious destabilizing effect.
Self-regulation of journalism resides in voluntary measures taken by the professional community of journalists to guarantee the observation of certain rules and principles in the process of providing information to public, maintain independence and credibility of media. The institution of self-regulation of Spanish journalism emerged later than in other Western countries due to the history of interaction between the State and media: for a long time Spanish media were under State control and freedom of expression was constantly defied. That is why first attempts to establish bodies for self-regulation of journalism in the post-Franco Spain evoked fears of a return to censorship. However, the time lag concerning media self- regulation allowed Spain to use other countries’ experience. Nowadays, the degree of self-regulation of journalism in Spain is similar to that of the Western countries. The institution of self-regulation operates successfully and facilitates Spanish media authority.
The article is devoted to cooperation between Russia and Spain to assist deported Russian citizen and prisoners of war in 1914–1918.
РАЗДЕЛ II. ИБЕРОАМЕРИКАНСКИЙ МИР В ПРОСТРАНСТВЕ И ВРЕМЕНИ:АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ ЯЗЫКА И КУЛЬТУРЫ
This work is part of a multilingual terminographic project in the lexical field of leather goods. We present the guidelines we followed and the difficulties we met in setting up bases of the corpus extracted from oral sources. The scarcity of written documentary sources in certain sub-themes of the lexical field of leather goods considerably complicated carrying out the systematic work. Consequently, it was necessary to solve the methodological problems caused by the absence of a written corpus which would be representative for all thematic areas. This was settled by the development of an oral corpus.
Because of the diversity in the classroom, the teacher should develop a series of strategies that allow you to transmit knowledge effectively. Teaching is difficult, even more, in second language classroom, where in addition to the student´s individual differences, such as cognitive styles, motivation and self-esteem, are added others, such as nationality, age or mother tongue.
This paper describes the role of the teacher in the classroom and the teaching strategies implemented in the classroom in a context of formal education. Strategies have been developed from the precepts postulated by the theory of multiple intelligences.
The article focuses on peculiarities of communication in forums of electronic periodicals from the perspective of dialectical logic, which allows supposing that today internet-communication is based on reducing of the standard dialectical triad «thesis-antithesis-synthesis» to the binary opposition «thesis- antithesis». Much attention is given to the typological differentiation between polemical and dialectic dialogue, as well as the concretization of the concept «forum» at this stage of development of the information society. This direction of the investigation is complemented by the definition of a binary method as one of the main mechanism of cognition.
The article reviews the different classifications of the Spanish newspaper headlines that were offered by the Spanish linguists. They consider the headline a component of the mediatext that reproduces completely or partly the elements of the text of the article. These investigations concern such areas of linguistics as media linguistics, pragmalinguistics, functional linguistics, theory of the text.
The article analyzes the linguistic approaches to the question of studying the grammatical and lexical content of a preposition. The article seeks to clarify what is meant by the lexical meaning of a preposition, and what refers to the grammatical one. By analyzing the provisions the article proves that the lexical and grammatical meaning of a preposition must be studied complexly, without being separated from each other.
The article touches upon the problem of the correlation between the peculiarities of the national character and culture, the type of personality and their reflection in the language. It is explained why the process of mutual understanding is almost impossible without in-depth studies of the types of the cultures of language communities.
The article contains a functional-semantic analysis of the ordinal relative words primero and último, which constitute a migratory group. The semantic interpretation of these tokens to determine the location of the migration group in the system-language space structurally, antonymy define the framework and the functionality of these linguistic units.
It deals with the lexical units and collocations associated with tauromachia (art of bullfighting) which have come to be widely used as metaphors due to the fact that the bullfighting terms have long gone beyond the professional use and permeated the everyday language, having considerably decorated and enriched it.
The article deals with the problem of phonological hearing formation in the process of teaching Spanish as a foreign language. The main difficulty of mastering Spanish phonetics is the diversity of nationalvariants and dialects of the Spanish language, as they represent the varied allophonic picture at the levelof speech.
The article considers the costume description as an efficient political tool. The study sets out to show by comparing the clothing description of the representatives of the opposing parties that the vestimentary elements obtain new meanings affecting the image of the person that is nothing else but the way of the public control.
The paper deals with the functioning of the Presente de Indicativo forms in the structure of modern Spanish. The semantics of Indicativo temporal system is considered within the functional-semantic approach; microfields and semantic zones, that form the macrofield Presente, are highlighted.
The article reviews the use of audiovisual tools in the framework of foreign language classes. Such tools should, on the one hand, simplify the understanding and grasping of the subject, and, on the other, serve as an additional source of gaining extralinguistic skills. The authors consider a wide range of possibilities for the use of audiovisual tools while teaching Spanish to students of non-language higher education institutions of humanitarian profile. An educational film “Español extra” and a documentary devoted to the San Fermín holiday (Pamplona, Spain) are taken as an example.

The article presents a new book on the language profession, prepared at the Department of Spanish language of the MGIMO: «ABC of Political Science in Spanish. Training course on the language profession for political scientists and international relations «(B2-C1) prepared by Phd. Elena Astakhova y Phd. Elena Krukova. The course presents the main political categories based on professionally oriented texts, comments and numerous lexical and speech exercises.
