In the article written in a genre of scientific and memoirs literature it is told about establishment of diplomatic relations between the USSR and Spain in February, 1977 and about some remarkable episodes in relationship of two states during the subsequent period.

The article is devoted to the most important stages in the history of Russian-Portuguese relations (1722-1799) - from the first study of diplomatic contacts (1722) to conclusion of a bilateral Defense Treaty of the Union (1799). On the basis of archival materials, the author analyzes the complex diplomatic activity on both sides, which led to the establishment of friendly, trusting relationship Lisbon and St. Petersburg

Firstly, the paper study how the goals were established, afterword it explains the design of the economic policy and finally their results are hi-ghlighted. The article concludes by evaluating the results obtained, with reference to the initially established objectives and also the costs of the policies implemented

This article establish relationships between the strong impact of crisis on the Spanish economy and the structural weaknesses of the growth model in the previous phase. Finally conclude about the need to promote specific economic policies to change that model as well as the forms of competition. However , it is found that the orientation of these policies has not driven this change, especially policies on R&D, which are specifically analyzed in this paper

The article focuses the attention on the analysis of the changes that face the Cuban-American relations. On December 17, 2014 two leaders announced their decision to restore diplomatic relations after half a century of hostilities. Since then, they have achieved significant progress, but Cuba and USA still have many accounts to pay before the standardization process can be finished. These outstanding issues are the economic blockade of Cuba and the return of Guantanamo Bay under the jurisdiction of the Cuban authorities. However, it is clear that the rapprochement between the old antagonists has removed the stumbling block that for the long time was hindering the inter-American relations.Where will go Cuba-USA relations? Can we say that “restarting” proclaimed by Obama in 2009 is realy im-plemented? Will the two countries overcome the discrepancies that still exist and prevent the further development of promising dialogue? Or USA domestic politics with its sophisticated decision-making mechanism will hinder this process? These are the questions that aims to address the author in the article.

The recent slump in commodity prices put resource rich countries in the spot again. The end of a ten year commodity boom put to test the resilience of countries’ financial position and urged the governments of these economies to adjust their fiscal policy to a new long term reality of low prices for commodities. The overwhelming majority of these countries are now facing the problem of finding financial resources to meet their social security obligations, stimulate business activity and offset the outflow of foreign investment by increasing government spending. For this purpose a strong institutional and legislative framework is required to ensure that government spending plays an anticyclical role. In this article we put Chile as an example of a country that managed to lay grounds for a solid fiscal policy with independent advisory institutions and a transparent deci-sion-making process. The overview tackles the issues of fiscal rule, Sovereign Wealth Fund management as well as the results of Chilean fiscal policy during the recent crisis.

In this article we first present the contribution of Chicano literature to understand the position of this culture within the social context of the United States. Then, we establish the relation between the theme of immigration that is reflected in these great works as well as certain literary works in Europe. Finally, we present the learning processes that have been implemented and which have found that the study of literature (in our case, Chicano) arouses interest in learning about a culture and with this motivation and development of language and communication skills, the student will develop critical thinking making him or her an autonomous, competent and creative learner in learning a target language, in this case Spanish.

The article analyzes the Spanish compliment piropo as a special form of language communication which is directly connected to popular culture, covers different aspects of life and is related with studies of national character, saving or abandoning traditions and old values. The compliment piropo reflects particular features of historical, literal, social and physiological events experienced by Spanish society. The phenomenon of piropo shows global transformations in the economy, policy, social and gender relationship of Spanish society during the last third of the twentieth and early twenty-first century.

This article is dedicated to investigation of the syntactic constructions describing emotional state of a person in Spanish: constructions with verba sentiendi, constructions with change of the empathy, causative constructions. These constructions have a determinate semantic structure which includes a predicate name of emotion and a verb. Different classifications of the verbs used in the above mentioned syntactic constructions are expounded and their semantic peculiarities are analysed in the article.
