Различные формы феминистического урбанизма в Латинской Америке

Феминистический урбанизм относится к философской традиции человеко-центричного города и реализуется посредством различных практик: активизм и общественное просвещение, акционизм художественной и общественно-политической направленности, теоретические исследования, сбор статистических данных, планирование и реализация проектов в сфере архитектуры, дизайна и городского планирования, а также в медиасфере. С учетом роста роли женщин в обществе представляет интерес рассмотреть и проанализировать различные формы женского движения в Латинской Америке в сфере городского планирования, а также эпизоды практической имплементации принципов феминистического урбанизма при реализации конкретных проектов городского благоустройства в странах латиноамериканского региона. Городская среда должна рассматриваться как механизм равного распределения благ между различными группами населения и улучшения физических, пространственных и психологических условий их проживания.

Реализация «права на город» со стороны городских сообществ через различные формы участия приводит к чувству сопричастности, безопасности и удовлетворённости жизнью.
