IBERO-AMERICAN COMMUNITY OF THE NATIONS: CRISIS, UPDATING, PROSPECTS

Abstract
The article analyzes the process of renewal in the Ibero-American Community of Nations (IACN) initiated by its members in 2012. The paper also examines the changes that have occurred in the context of the Ibero-American relations during the existence of IACN, and led to its stagnation and the necessity of the reforming. The article also concludes on further trends of IACN.
