При этом конфликтная динамика на всех трех уровнях связана между собой, а интересы внешних стейкхолдеров напрямую оказывают воздействие на поведение локальных игроков и определяют перспективы исхода конфликта. В настоящей статье представлены российские оценки логики американской политики на европейском и украинском направлении в контексте попыток США удержать инициативу и сохранить доминирование в международных делах.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Theconflict in Ukraine unfolds at least at three levels– local, international and global. At the same time, the conflict dynamics at all three levels are interconnected, while the interests of external stakeholders directly influence the behavior of local players and determine the prospects for the outcome of the conflict.
