Se analizan las tendencias actuales en las actividades de las empresas, se centra la atención especial en la elaboración de Códigos de buen gobierno de las sociedades, que se convierten, de hecho, en una parte importante de las legislaciones nacionales. Se nota que la transparencia, la responsabilidad social y el buen gobierno son hoy en día los requisitos más importantes para la actividad exitosa de la compañía que contribuyen al aumento de su competitividad en el mercado, así como al fortalecimiento de su reputación comercial y, por lo tanto, promueven el crecimiento de la imagen atractiva de las empresas para los inversores en ojos de la sociedad civil y del poder público.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines modern interpretations of the corporate law, taking into account the example of Spain. The current trends in the activities of the companies are analyzed, special attention is focused on the elaboration of codes of good governance of the companies, which become, in fact, an important part of the national legislations. It is noted that transparency, social responsibility and good governance are nowadays the most important requirements for the successful activity of the company, that contribute to increase its competitiveness in the market, as well as to strengthen its commercial reputation.
