Анализируя ход кубинских реформ, автор предлагает некоторые меры, которые могли бы стать дальнейшими шагами на пути преодоления кризиса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The author of the article scrutinizes one the most important measures taken by Raul Castro’s government within the framework of its economic reforms. The role of constructing a new port of Mariel as a part of the economic reforms in Cuba is analyzed thoroughly.
