<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Because the exchange of workers is a consolidated reality in the international arena, job interviews are frequently done in a foreign language. With the rise of outsourced recruitment and firms for recruitment and staff selection, interview scripts born in a different culture involving difficult answers for the candidate are proliferating. The present research investigates the questions that are considered more complex in a job interview, tries to clarify the nature of the difficulty, illustrates the possible answers and discusses the public / private barrier in intercultural work situations, adopting an educational perspective focused on classes of Spanish as a foreign language.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>pragmalingüística</kwd><kwd>entornos profesionales</kwd><kwd>entrevista de trabajo</kwd><kwd>lengua extranjera</kwd><kwd>es-pañol como lengua extranjera</kwd><kwd>pragmalinguistics</kwd><kwd>professional environments</kwd><kwd>job interview</kwd><kwd>foreign language</kwd><kwd>Spanish as a foreign language</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">PUCHOL, Luis (2006).
